22bdt Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using This Platform

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the 22bdt website accessible at 22bdt.io, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any associated applications or services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), available for wagering or withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or reload bonus amounts credited to an Account by 22bdt, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" refers to any action described in Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from any translation of these Terms into another language, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

In order to be eligible to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by 22bdt or any other gambling operator.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform closed, restricted, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment purposes only.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk, and any funds you deposit may be lost in the course of legitimate gambling activity.

22bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 22bdt may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — defined as more than one Account registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances, including winnings.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. 22bdt is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be treated as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 22bdt immediately by contacting [email protected].

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

22bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or full account functionality are enabled:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your name).

22bdt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may be suspended.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 22bdt Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion charges applied to deposits or withdrawals. The Platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Account within 15 seconds of transaction confirmation.
• 22bdt does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name.
• 22bdt reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if the source of funds cannot be verified.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfer methods.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own name and matching the details on file with 22bdt.
• 22bdt reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including where fraud prevention checks are triggered.
• Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Only net winnings generated from Bonus Funds that meet wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• 22bdt does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Bonuses & Promotions

22bdt offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other major Bangladesh cultural and sporting occasions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonus amounts are credited in BDT and displayed within the Account balance panel clearly separated from real-money funds where applicable.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before winnings derived from those funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements specific to each promotion are communicated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may only be used for placing bets on the Platform.
• 22bdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any such action does not retroactively affect bets already placed using active bonus funds.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus through multiple accounts or via a third party constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Section 8.
• 22bdt reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 22bdt Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or event market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other supported sports, are offered at odds determined by 22bdt at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. 22bdt reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or events declared void by the governing sporting body.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games are provided by third-party certified studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the relevant studio's published rules, which are displayed within the game interface. 22bdt is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by circumstances beyond its control, including network failures, studio technical issues, or force majeure events.

7.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game provider and are available within the game information panel. 22bdt does not modify RTP values. The outcome of any single game round does not influence the outcome of any subsequent round.

7.4 Crash Games (Including Aviator)

Crash format games, including Spribe Aviator, use provably fair mechanics that allow Players to independently verify the fairness of each game round outcome. By participating in these games, Players acknowledge an understanding of the volatile, high-speed nature of crash game mechanics and confirm that they have reviewed the relevant game rules prior to wagering.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22bdt Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21 or if you are the subject of an active self-exclusion order.
• Depositing funds derived from any illegal source, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Using any form of software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties in any manner designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or technical vulnerability discovered on the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, or employing low-risk hedging strategies with the specific intent of circumventing wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 22bdt staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

22bdt is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of self-management tools to all verified Account holders, accessible at any time directly from the Account settings panel. These tools include voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 22bdt Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of 22bdt or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to 22bdt or its partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of 22bdt. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account closure and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform, including server downtime, network disruptions, or data feed failures.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals due to circumstances beyond 22bdt's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor issues.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including any bets placed and lost on sports events, casino games, or crash games.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 22bdt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any data displayed thereon.

Privacy & Data Protection

22bdt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and the Platform. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available in full on the Platform and should be read alongside these Terms.

22bdt implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions, salted password hashing, and access control restrictions limiting internal data access to authorised personnel only.

Amendments to These Terms

22bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 22bdt will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account prior to the changes taking effect. However, it remains each Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 22bdt is committed to resolving any Player disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.

In the event of a dispute, you should first contact the 22bdt support team at [email protected] with a full description of the issue. 22bdt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, 22bdt may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution process.
